Hi.
How can I enable internet connection sharing between my computer and a Windows computer linked to me?

The way I had it set when both machines were Windows was like this:

My eth0 (cisco wireless device) had a manually defined ip with internet connection sharing enabled

My eth1 (ethernet card) had an ip of 192.168.0.1

The person connecting to me had an ip of 192.168.0.2

And everything worked.

If your eth0 is working under Knoppix then you can apt-get these programs Firestarter (http://firestarter.sourceforge.net/), Bastille Linux (http://www.bastille-linux.org/) or if you feel like setting up your own script with few changes to the defaults that are already present then try Arno's Iptables (http://rocky.molphys.leidenuniv.nl/) it works well for me.
