How to edit sudoers to ask for root password?

Hi,

I tried man sudoers and looked at http://www.courtesan.com/sudo/man/sudoers.html.
All gibberish to me.

I tried visudo and changed the line "knoppix ALL=NOPASSWD: ALL"
into "markus fujibox=PASSWD: ALL"
and then "markus fujibox=(ALL) ALL"

No cigar! It never asks the root password.
If I just su root it won't save configurations for markus :(

Hoping someone can shed a little light in scandinavia, dark up here :)
