Burning KNOPPIX to CD

how do i burn knoppix to a cd with roxio?
do i have to burn it as an image?
if so how?
the files i downloaded didnt look like something that i should burn onto a cd..

dir Demos
dir KNOPPIX
dir Talks
autorun.bat
autorun.inf
cdrom.ico
index.html

autorun runs index.html.
do i burn it all to a cd?

I've never downloaded it under Windoze, but didn't it all come as something like
KNOPPIX_V3.3-2003-11-19-EN.iso?

I myself dont use Roxio but a simple google gave me this URL u can asking there would be better option about how to burn iso
