Windows Explorer reports that the size of the ISO file is 715,744 KB.
Adaptec's Easy CD Creator 4 will not burn the image because it says its too large to fit onto the destination CD.
Can anyone recommend a freeware utility that will burn this puppy?
Thanks!!

Nero Burning Rom has no problem with this. You can probably dload a demo that'll do it before 30 days etc...Or get iMesh etc etc.

Also check that you are using 80 minute CDs
Make sure you are burning it as an image, and not burning a "data CD" with the ISO file on it... Burning an ISO is different than burning a standard data CD...common mistake...

Confuscius Say -
"Silly programmer cannot burn 700MB of data onto 650MB disk..."
DOH!!
We had a stack of vanilla, no-name, CD's here at the office. Turns out they were 650's. I got some 700's and now all is right with my Knoppix World!

I am also having trouble with the iso being too large. 3 coasters made with three different applications - hotburn, easy cd, and cheetah and still no luck.
My media, two different types, both report they can hold 700mb.

I had to switch from my factory installed EZ CD Creator to Nero to get reliable burns. Fortunately, Nero has a demo version for free. Someone else mentioned that Alcohol 120% works well, but I haven't tried it. Also, for some reason, CD-RW wouldn't work for a darn - had to use CD-R
