curently have a debian based system with only 4 users at work its a squid and ftp server mainly
so my question is if i go in and edit the iso image
what all will i need to change
after i add the additional users homes what files do i change so theire user and password are recognized (or what ones do i copy offf of the orig machine??)
next network settings and 10 scripts need saved plus .profile's
and i would need to add my squid ftp and ssh settings
now i figured i could use persistant home for part of this but i need a way to set teh knoppix cd to autoscan for persistant home incase of powerloss when im not there.
any suggestions or help appreciated
