why Mozilla and conqueror access some sites e.g. www.google.com.mx and t1msn.com.mx and can't acces others like this site or any link from a google search? the problem is the same from the live cd or installed in the hard disk. The computer is in a LAN whith a shared conection to Internet whith windows xp (sorry for the english) thanks :!:

I'd conected the knoppixbox directly to the internet and it worked just fine so the problem is in the shared internet conection through wxp anyone can helpme whith some services needed to be compatible with linux-unix system?

I installed a proxy to the wxp internet server and now works just fine my internet conection from the knoppix box but..... why? Someone can explainme why the shared conection to the internet dont works with knoppix :o
