Hello all,
I am trying to boot knoppix 3.3 on my Acer Travelmate 800 but it fails.
After "Scanning .... /etc/fstab" it hangs, I have looked in other posts and tried the dma boot option but so far no success. The weird thing is that when I boot it with the failsafe option it works fine (besides that all my hardware is not detected :)). Also, I tried no{scsi,acpi} and some other options but it doesnt work.
Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
