NTFS is NOT accessible in read-write mode, not supported by the linux kernel. For the fat32 drive, right-click on the icon on the desktop, then click on "enable read-write".

P.S: there's BitDefender (based on knoppix) that supports read-write on NTFS by using the windows NTFS driver; available at http://www.bitdefender.com/bd/site/presscenter.php?menu_id=25&n_id=58.
