I Know knoppix is to run from cd but

I thing it is excellent to only run from a cd.

it is really easy to install with the knoppix-installer

I can have it installed on my computer or take the cd and boot other computer to get my files and with all the power of linux.

there is a lot of debian packages i can install(please keep the debian compatibility).

it has java already installed.

it has an easy flash plugin installation

It is fast.

so why not install it in my hd?

There's nothing keeping you from installing it on your hard drive. Enjoy it any way you want! It runs completely from a Cd for reasons you stated. There are just some things one wants to be able to do without a time-consuming (and data destroying) full hd install.
