my modem is not working in linux
i use knoppix 3.3
i am a newbie and use pctel hsp56 micromodem
please give me the location of the driver and detailed procedure of installation

Try here (http://www3.ns.sympatico.ca/scormier) I compiled them over a month ago on a Knoppix 3.3 for someone else and never got around to deleting them so they should work as to how to setup the modem I have no idea never done that one, you want the pctel.o and ptserial.o if it is not obvious.
