Terminalserver Client with 16MB RAM

Hi!

The Terminal Server works fine! :-)

The Client has only 16MB of RAM and gets into trouble when he opens a (exactly 4) bash.
Is it possible to use cheatcodes at booting time the kernel?
I tried "knoppix 2", but he tries to startx!?

hmm
knoppix 2 should work fine as a cheat code and leave you at a prompt from bootup.
When you want your nodes to boot in textmode it is set-up in the

/etc/init.d/knoppix-terminalserver restart
or
/etc/init.d/knoppix-terminalopenmosixserver restart

The terminalserver option:

textmode: Boot client(s) in textmode

should remain checked. If it is unchecked, it results in a gui enviroment!
