Setting style for only one application?

Is it possible to change the windows decorations for just one app instead of
all applications?

I have an application that I would like to get a tiny caption for, but not for the rest
of the system. Wondered if I could create a special res file for it to make it load and use other
decoarations.

I searched the docs for kde3 but didnt find anything usefull.

I know this is not really a knoppix question, but some you clear dudes might know where to find more info.

So is it even possible?
