NTFS Write? With knoppix 3.3?

Hey,

I was reading around and i read about NTFS writeing enabled in the 2.6 kernel used in knoppix 3.3.

Is it true that 3.3 is able to read as well as write to NTFS, something about captive-ntfs?

PS i used the lastest download of knoppix ISO

the offical 3.3 doesn't use the 2.6 kernal.

Even though knoppix can write to NTFS it can't do it reliably and can cause data lose.
