Hi,
can someone give me a tip how i can install the newest nvidia drivers
on the new KnoppixKDE with KDE3.1, when i try to compile them,
i get an error about that i need a newer libc6 version,
how can i install libc6 with apt-get?
and the other prob is, when i try to install the nvidia driver with the sources
i got from debian (apt-get install nvidia-glx-src nvidia-kernel-src fakeroot)
there are no right kernel headers for the *-kkde kernel.

thx for help

ok ok,
i installed them by using insmod --force NVdriver,
but these are the old ones i also have the nvdia.o,
but this won't load with the force option,
now the module during boot process, there is an entry in the module.conf
and the next is that the system doesnt boot in the kdm as an result of the further problem.
which XF86Config file is used for the Knoppix user?
because the System always starts in 640x480, all lines in the file are starting with 1024x768
and when i try to change it in the ControllCenter it switches back to 640x480 :(,

i hope this questions are not to many, but i hope to this problems resolved.

thx
