View Full Version : Netgear WG511

:-)

I am having trouble setting up a Netgear WG511 (PCMCIA). I can't get the card to work on Knoppix 3.3 on the EPIA mII 10000.

The card works fine on a laptop with Knoppix (Same Version).

The following is the result of typing in dmesg.

Linux version 2.4.24-xfs (root@Knoppix) (gcc version 2.95.4 20011002 (Debian prerelease)) #1 SMP Mi Feb 4 01:03:50 CET 2004

Hi I'm having trouble getting my Netgear WG511 PCMCIA working with Knoppix 3.4 also

Cardinfo says that a CardBus hotplug device is installed. Sorry I'm a newbie to linux.

How do i install a driver if there is one. Is the card support, any help would be great.
