FA311 Debian net install

I know installing debian even with the FA311 (natsemi based) NIC over the net is doable just don't know how? any help appreciated. I have relied on knoppix to get me around this for far to long. :) I still love knoppix and am waiting anxiously for the new release. In the meantime though I need to get debian on the HD here please help.
