Hello - sorry to post a lame newbie problem here - but I am trying to install Knoppix on my old AMD K6 / 400Mhz Uni Workhorse. I have an old Osborne MPV1024 Monitor which needs a 72Hz refresh rate in order tyo work in 800x600 mode in Windows 2000 (Ooops I mentioned the evil empire!!) - Which of the refresh cheat codes is the right one to set for Knoppix?? (xvrefresh, maxhsync etc...) - all that happens now is that my screen flickers badly when X starts.
