It's very simple. Download sbminst.exe to the directory of your choice. Open up a DOS prompt. Use cd to get to the directory where you saved sbminst.exe. Like so....
Save sbminst.exe to?
c:
Open DOS prompt
cd c
smbinst.exe
It will tell you which parameters to use. Presumably you would use the first floppy drive so:
sbminst.exe -d 0
