3.3 works out of the box.
Not knoppix issues, then, but the (usual) acpi patches for kernel 2.4 are neverthless recommended - Testing live cd's for tries with kernel 2.6.
The only real difficulty is how to enable agp/dri, that is not a knoppix issue.
