knoppix.sh script on PXE booting Knoppix - where and how?

Hi,
I'm using a number of PCs booting by PXE into Knoppix 4.0.2 from a Suse9.2 Box. It's working fine.
Now I'd like to automate some stuff with a knoppix.sh
But where to put the knoppix.sh file without remastering everything or copying the dvd to the directory fileby file?
On my susebox the knoppix iso image is mounted to /knoppix, which is also exported by NFS and therefor used by the PXE booting knoppix.
So I can't put the knoppix.sh into /knoppix, because that's a readonly dir.
