I downloaded 6.4.3 to replace a very old Knoppix I used for many years, and was dissapointed to find that 'lang=uk' no longer works (the keyboard is dead if I try it). This is a nuisance for me here...

For the information of anyone else reading this, I did get the above idea working. But because there were some bad sectors on the HD, the 'dd' command failed on these and corrupted the filing system....
