I don´t remember well now but you only need to download the tar.gz, extract it, and place the libflashplayer.so inside /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins or if you also use firefox inside...

I always do it manually too, it´s easy and fast.

I love this live cd, you can also encrypt the free space with lux, very easy (and slow). It´s debian based, with security programs and fast. Of course you can update the packages. You can download it...

To use Tor you need to configure manual proxy configuration, normally SOCKS Host: 127.0.0.1 and SOCKS Port: 9150, check Vidalia server and port.

I only download the Tor browser from the web, unzip the tar.gz, configure the bridge (for example google-meek) and nothing more. It's easy.
