Newbie terminal-server question-thick client vs X Terminal?
I've been experimenting with diskless network boot and clusterKnoppix's openmosix terminal server. I've noticed that the clients boot in a "thick client" mode, which suits my purposes for my newer computers.
However, I also have a few old Pentium systems with only 32megs of RAM. I'd like to run them as "thin client" X Terminals. Is there an easy way to do this with Knoppix or a Knoppix variant?
At the same time as running the more powerful computers as "thick clients"?
Thanks!
