Knoppix-3.4 hd-inatall and ZIP drive??

I did a hard-disk intall using knoppix-installer. All is well except for
IOMEGA ZIP 100 ATAPI (internal drive). It is detected as ATAPI Floppy drive
(lilo append otion is hdd=scsi) but won't mount (mount /dev/sda4 /mnt/test -->
mount: /dev/sda4 is noa valid block device..) correctly.

What is the correct option hdd=???? for this drive to be recognized as ide/atapi
drive? (hdd=ide and hdd=atapi and its absence do not work)

In context to my post about ZIp drive..

On the same PC (same hardware), if I boot with KNOPPIX-cd then
it is possible to mount /dev/sda4 without any problem. So, what went amiss
when installed to HDD? It is the same append line (of lilo.conf).

As a Zip 100 ATAPI Knoppix user:

I've noticed that individual Zip disks are preformatted differently. Some are formatted on the first partition of the Zip disk (ie /dev/sda1) while others are on the fourth partition (/dev/sda4). If /dev/sda4 doesn't mount, try /dev/sda1 and vice versa.
