Ok, so using BitTorrent I got the new image and immediately booted it from my HDD with a bootflop...
There are a few nice editions to the applications for me, but other then that, it lacks a few things KnoppixKDE and MorphixKDE have...
Maybe Klaus is gonna change a few things before release on the mirrors ?!
(Fonts are sometimes not good; No XDisplay or Samba Configuration panel in the KDE control center; No autoplay on "hover" of mp3's browsing the LAN; minor things like that...)

if its the same as v.31 then just type 'knoppix lang=us'. at the boot: prompt. im still dl'ing so i cant say for sure about this image.
This is excellent information. Is there any way (maybe by altering the disc image) to get it to automatically boot into English without any runtime commands (aka Cheat Codes)?

The customizing tool there does just what you're asking.

Or just open the .bin with WinISO and extract the boot.img
After modifying it, just reinsert it to the bin file...

    Downloading the ISO

    Greetz,

I am trying to download the ISO as well. People are uploading from me at the same time. Lots of local bandwidth, but still slow on receive...

Well, now that I type, it just jumped from 2 where it's been for a while, to about 40KB/s! uploads same!

I'm downloading via BitTorrent as I type this and I've got a couple of quick questions for those who already have it.

I've heard that Knoppix 3.2 is based on a Debian Woody (stable) release rather than a testing/unstable like 3.1. Can anyone who's downloaded the .iso confirm this please?

Also, does the knx-hdinstall scipt included in this .iso work correctly?

    Thanks in advance!
