Project Looking Glass?

Now that Sun's Project Looking Glass has been open-sourced...

...is anyone up to the task of putting together a Knoppix remaster with it? Now THAT would be an awesome Linux demo CD to wow everyone with.

That would require the ATI and Nvidia drivers on the CD (which imho would be a good idea anyway but seems to be "politically incorrect").

The open source Ati drivers already included in Knoppix support 3d accelerated OpenGL graphics. I use them with my Ati cards; they work well enough for me even if maybe they aren't as good as Ati's official drivers.

However, there might be some "politically incorrect" issues with Java.
