    Save config without floppy

    Hello,

    I have not floppy. Is loading my config from fdd at boot time will be working when i save configuration on hdd and copy configs.tbz and knoppix.sh to fdd later ?

    Yeah, don't even worry about that - configs.tbz is just a file - save it wherever you want. I've saved it on a HD, and I've saved it on a USB thumbdrive. Either way, it works fine. I have a floppy, but I don't use it. So, you can save it on, say hda1, and use the cheatcode "myconfig=/dev/hda1" (or myconfig=scan), for example. It will work fine.

    Yes, it works, but...
    I have copied config files into floppy from hdd, but i need to run knoppix.sh script in knoppix (after booting). it can't be founded during booting on floppy (by typing: knoppix config=/mnt/floppy). Maybe i'm doing something wrong, but newermind, it's ok as it is

    Try:
    knoppix floppyconfig
