Time sync with public ntp server

I want to make this hard disk installation do a time
sync from a public ntp server.

Where can I set this up so that it will do a
time sync every 14 hours ?

ntpdate

Use apt to install it if you don't have it. Then simply use cron to run it whenever you like.
