How are your drives partitioned?

I've got a partial install of Knoppix-KDE3.1 on an NT SCSI RAID box. The install aborted, and the machine no longer boots properly.
It comes up to the boot: prompt. It attempts to load Linux, then aborts and ends up in a (very) limited shell.
What I'd like to do is take this completely off the machine - it never should have been installed there in the first place. But it's not clear how to do this.
Since this is NT, I can't run fdisk /mbr. I've tried running lilo -u from the CD (after having to jump various hoops) on all the drives, but it complains that it doesn't see a LILO signature anywhere.
I can boot into NT via the localboot option, or using a Smart Boot Manager floppy, but those are just stopgap measures.
Any idea how to restore this box back to normal?
Thanks!

OK, here's what I've been told:Any ideas?
- The operating system is Windows 2000 SP3.
- The server is a HP Netserver TC4100 with 2 CPU's and 1 gig of RAM.
- We use the HP 2M Netraid card to create our Raid sets.
- All Raid is done through hardware, not software.
- The drives are are partitioned into one Raid 5 Volume set (5 18gdrives).
- The Raid volume is partitioned into a C: and D: drive.
- The C: drive is 16 Gig and the rest goes to the D: drive.
- NT boots from the C: drive which is where Knoppix has apparently put the boot loader.
