Still thinking of ditching XP - pretty close now- but one thing I use the net for is downloading from newsgroups.

at the moment I use Grabit, which reassesmbles all the posts into the right files - ie you see rar files in sequence - *.r00, *.r01 etc instead of having to join 10 files to make *.r00.

Is there anything like this on Knoppix?
