Where is the CD Vendors list?

Trying to find the list of CD vendors - went to the vendor page link on the download page - it actually points to http://www.knopper.net/knoppix/index-old-en.html#order, which is the old index page on KK's site showing Kx3.4 and an advert/link for a commercial support site - so old a page that it doesn't mention Kx3.5, 3.6, or 3.7 (as on the current FP on the KK site).
