Hello,
Is it possible to boot a Knoppix Terminal Server client node with the toram option? I would like to setup my server so that all nodes boot via pxe and then copy the entire Knoppix image from the server into ram (all clients have at least 1 GB of RAM). That way you can disconnect the client node from the network and continue to use it. Currently, the client nodes just seem to ignore the toram option that I am passing in my pxelinux default file and access the server's KNOPPIX file via the NFS mount that is intially made. So far I've only seen the toram option work when booting machine from some form of local media (e.g. cdrom). Can this be done? Thanks for your responses!
