hi..
i'm having the Knoppix3.6 . firstly the CD makes lot of noise while booting & then when i try to run it after init: line during normal boot it shows frequent "cloop:read errors".
when i try it out with expert mode ..though it take me to the GUI mode but there seems lot of "mistakes" ..the icons don't show up & all that sort of things.
& also that during boot process it auto. configure both cd & harddisk to dma mode ..do this cause problem?
tell me how to get with the normal boot?
