I have an HD install of Knoppix. The longest delay during boot up -- 2 to 3 minutes -- occurs when it gets to the video portion ('agp detected'). It looks like Knoppix already configured the X86 configuration file for me, but still there is this very long delay every time. How can I 'hard wire' the information that Knoppix needs to boot fast, since the laptop scrren is obviously not going to change between boots.
Thanks!
