enabling 3d in knoppix 3.6 hd install

I am sure I am just missing this somewhere, but cannot figure out where it is. I have a brand new nvidia fx 5500 w/128 meg ram and it works fine, hotplug picked it up no problem, however; I am not getting 3d performance from this card. I remember stumbling across "enable 3d" in suse linux a while back but cannot find this option within Knoppix. Would someone give me a hand on this?

Basicly you need some drivers.

Nvidia offer some.
