click the penguin then go to networkcard config. i do not know if this looks any differnt to when running it from the live cd.
thats about the only gui your get. i would advise not to run DHCP boardcast because alot of the time its fails.
I am a newbie to the linux world. I have Knoppix installed on a machine and I had previously configured the networking during the install. However, my IP addressing on my network has changed and I need to update the Knoppix box with new IP info. Where do I do this, I would prefer a GUI but I can not seem to locate one. Thanks.

You could try :
KnetworkConf
http://knetworkconf.sourceforge.net/
I do not see a penguin to click on? I have Debian Knoppix distribution. Any other idea's? Thanks.
If you have a DCHP server on your local network then first try DCHP, it can't hurt.
As for netcardconfig.
Open up the main menu (extreme bottom left) and go to KNOPPIX, its somewhere in there (I'm not running knoppix right now so I don't know where.)
