3.7 will not boot - locks at /etc/fstab

My machine locks at: creating ... /etc/fstab

I have AMD 2.8 gig and 128M ram seems to detect all hardware up to then. Failsafe mode does same thing.

Using Win 2000 with NTFS

Any Help?

hey i had same problem too!!! is your HD buggered as well?? i got my comp to at least get to the knoppix desktop by trying knoppix nodma..try that..except you cant mount the HD on the desktop.....
