Your useing a double layer right?
The game itself is 5 gigs roughly, plus the knoppix base.
I wouldn't think it compresses to well ether.
    Nope It took 3.1 GB

I used knoppix games 3.7 (without removing anything )
    +
    UT2004 6 CD Version
    +
    Patch v3339
    +
Russian bonus pack a little bit modified on my own

Yes, that's 3.1 GB... small enough for a DVD

Works fine for me. I allso put my ut2004.ini and user.ini into the root-dir of ISOfs, so I don't have to configure anything each time I boot up. I just copy them to my $HOME/.ut2004/System and start the game.

You could have added a knoppix.sh (or edited any existing one) to copy these files for you when you boot up.

Well... I allso could put them to /etc/skel and then edit /etc/X11/Xsession.d/45xsession but I have a personal reason not to have them in $HOME/.ut2004/System each time automaticly.

LOL.. I allso could make the game start automaticly after KDE, but then I had allso to do, what you just said. But I don't want to.

Yea, I tried it with game knoppix, but it would keep locking up when I was working, seeing how it wasn't worth it I gave up.
