1-I wanna know How can i change the image of KDE(which written knoppix on it)?

2-How to change the debian image at the boot (which is red&white)?

You mean the kde splash screen known as ksplash? If you are referring to something like this: http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=14570, then you need to modify the PNG images at /usr/share/apps/ksplash/Themes/Default/

2-How to change the debian image at the boot (which is red&white)?

Boot time colors are controlled by the bootloader. If you are using GRUB then edit the file /boot/grub/menu.lst. If you are using LILO then edit /etc/lilo.conf.
