Help to a newbie

Hi, would like to know if someone could tell me how to run Knoppix, I have downloaded it, burned the .ISO image with Nero, it works at the beginning, but when appears the initial sequence of commands, like BIOS, it gets stuck into A:
Can please someone tell me what to do?
Of course Im a newbie, so, just explain it slowly, hehe
