Remastering a Knoppix CD to have Grass GIS on it.

Hi, I would like to remaster a Knoppix CD and place the program Grass GIS on it for a class I am going to take. Can anyone send me to a version that already has this on it or can send me to a tutorial where I can learn how to do this easily?.
