I know that some have been having issues with knoppix and thier nVIDIA cards. So I took the time at a trade show I went to in Denver last night to speak with nVIDIA's Channel Sales Manager about this. He said that if there is a problem that one of the developers could conntact him and he would make sure that they got in contact with nVIDIA's driver team. I,m gonna forward his contact info to Klaus so that he or one of the other developers can speak with him and I guess we will see what happens.

well, what's wrong with those drivers....:

- they can't work with an DRI card together at the same time, because nVidia replacec several libs (biggest problem)
- sometimes the driver is quite unstable
- you need this f*cking kernel module - why don't they give at least specififations for the non patented parts to the XFree86 developers, as ATI does?
