    MAIL SERVER?

    Does Knoppix have a built in mail server and FTP server? If so how do I get to configure it?

    It has both, but you'll need to read the doumentation for them.

    You can start with "man smail" and "man ftpd"

    Try consulting documentation on the web for sendmail as well.
