I have a Dell Inspiron 8200 that has crashed and won't boot up in XP. When I open Knoppix I can see my HD on the desktop but get this error:
Could not mount device.
Reported error was:
mount: I could not determine the filesystem type, and none was specified.
Any help??? I would really like to get in and resuce some files before replacing the HD.
-thanks
