Creating persistent disk image on USB drive

Hi

I try to create a persistent disk image on my 256MB USB thumb drive, but that device is not in the list.

The USB drive is plug into the computer and I can access it throgh the icon on the desktop.

I think my USB thumb drive is not formated could this be the reason ?

Not sure if you figured it out yet but my drive was formated as vfat and it works great with the save image. Maybe that is the key for you if it is vfat or nfts.
