Can Knoppix delete a Windoze file?

Ok, I'm a knoppix/linux noob, but I've had a bit of a problem with a trojan at work that will not allow me to delete or rename it, etc. because its wright-protected. I've searched about every piece of anti-virus and spyware out there and nothing seems to be about to delete it. Can knoppix delete a windows file from the live-cd? If so, please advise me how...
