Ok, I recently downloaded a distro called Phlak, which is a derivitive of Morphix.(a derivitive of Knoppix) I have a few questions concerning the live-cd.
1.- How do I open hda1 & hda2? I know there is a command line way to do it, but is there no gui for this like other distros?
2.- How do I use klik with it? I tried "wget klik.atekon.de/client/install -O -|sh" from the command line and it didn't work.
3.- What the #$@! is the root? I tried "root" and "phlak" but those didn't seem to work....
Yes, I tried google, and no, there doesn't seem to be a phlak forum out there.

Phlak is a VERY powerful tool and can quickly trash your HD if you miss or give an incorrect cmd line argument. I do not comment to denigrate your skills, but to help you avoid having to rebuild a drive, like I did before I found the forums.

This question would be best asked in the Klik forum here. I don't pretend to know Klik well and Probono can give you a better answer than I, but from my limited understanding of Klik I think it needs to know information about your OS so that it can build the custom Klik file that it downloads to you. This being the case, Klik obviously can't support every Linux distro and variant of same that is in the wild, and I would expect that Phlak is a pretty low priority on the releases to support, there are much more widely used distros out there.Originally Posted by Israel
You might be better off getting Klik to provide the Phlak applications that you want to use in a Klik form for a Live CD that you do use, or just install Debian and track down the Phlak applications and install them with Debian.
