knoppix.net is definately one of the more organized and less flame ridden linux forum sites I've visited, and even when people do "flame" they usually end up answering the question anyway, and the few "flames" themselves are generally fact packed which is kinda fun to read when a few of the more experienced users are "duking it out" over higher level topics and concepts about the distro
