I had a hard time figuring out how to save configuration.I finally found out that on the selection window that comes out the square buttons should be empty or transparent for selection. If these buttons have a solid square on it it means it is unselected. I am used to the usual windows "check/uncheck" which is completely reverse to this.

Is this a new convention for Knoppix/or Linux ?
