klik problems

ok so yea every time i click the download button for any application on the klik website after about 5 seconds a window pops up that just says" unable to run(program name here)"

any suggestions??? :?:

Please try http://xvier.klik.atekon.de/ (this is a small test app that should run anywhere)

If it fails, please re-install the klik clients according to the instructions on the klik website and wiki.

If it still fails, please post your operating system details here and we will try to help you further.
